Spiritual/Life Coaching
Life, at times, can get quite confusing and hectic. There are also times when we all need a bit of help getting ourselves out of a rut and deciding what we really want from life. That is where coaching can help. I work with people to help them take back control of their lives and remove fears and blocks that are holding them back. Whilst the focus is on spiritual and personal development, this does not mean I force my belief system upon you! However I do believe we are all here to learn and grow and whilst I have this as my focus, I do not, by any means, force this down your throat. Using a range of tools and techniques (including NLP) I will help you identify the fears and blocks that are holding you back and dissolve them for good. I have been coaching since 1992 and have helped a wide range of people change their lives. I adapt my style to work with you - you are the important person in this. Sometimes people only need one session to get things moving, and others need a bit more. There is no judgement here - just observation.
